I’ve been doing really well for over two years now but it wasn’t always like this. Back then, I was an undergrad student dealing with frequent panic episodes and attention deficit disorder. Tests, presentations, even group projects would send me into a spiral. That’s when my mother introduced me to Sonum Systemic Listening Therapy.

From the very first call, Louise was warm, clear, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and eased every doubt I had. Liam wasn’t easy to work with in the beginning he hated anything touching his ears, so getting him to wear headphones was a real struggle.

We attended (Tomatis) Systemic Listening Therapy for my son, and I took a number of Compassionate Inquiry informed sessions for myself.

We were not sure if our son (6 years old) would sit with headphones on... By God's grace, things went really well. When we started the first session SG was speaking only words, by the end of one cycle he started to speak in sentences

We met Louise with regard to systemic listening program where she told that she is doing Compassionate Inquiry sessions also. I had heard many podcasts by Dr.Gabor Maté and was excited to hear this (but I was skeptical also.)

Louise brings a remarkable blend of strength, clarity, and gentleness to her work. Through her support, I became aware of deeply rooted patterns and limiting beliefs that had impacted many areas of my life — particularly in my romantic relationships and attachment style.

I am able to balance both home and work ok. I do not get disturbed much by others expectations / comments / reactions towards me. My sleep has improved very much.

Our son who is 6 years old has developed severe sound sensitivity and he started reacting to certain frequency of sounds. We used to find it very difficult to manage him outside home.

My goal in doing the program was simple: I wanted to listen better. Not because I had hearing issues, but because I felt my cognitive skills (my ability to process, focus, and be present) could use support. And that’s exactly what Systemic Listening Therapy gave me.

I first heard about listening therapy from a friend whose daughter had shown big improvements in sleep. I was curious, especially for my son, M.A., who was born in 2016. He’s bright, deeply empathetic, and very active but he struggles with dyslexia.
