Liam’s safe space for music
From the very first call, Louise was warm, clear, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and eased every doubt I had.
Liam wasn’t easy to work with in the beginning he hated anything touching his ears, so getting him to wear headphones was a real struggle. But Louise stayed patient. She never pushed or pressured, and over time, something shifted.
A few sessions in, Liam started to enjoy himself. He liked his time with Louise so much that he began asking to “go listen to music” every day.
Across the two phases of therapy, the progress was extraordinary. His ability to grasp language and speak in full sentences improved tremendously. With better expression came less frustration, he started using his words instead of acting out.
As a parent, attending the sessions with him was transformative for me too. Once Liam settled in, I found space for myself to rest, to reflect, to colour, or even just to take a nap.
Louise creates a deeply calming atmosphere. That in itself felt healing.
I walked in focused entirely on my son. I walked out feeling more attuned to both of us.
