A 60 year-old’s return to joy after stress-related burnout

I’ve been struggling with severe stress since 2017. It affected everything, my short-term memory, sleep, balance, and ability to concentrate.

When I first heard about Systemic Listening Therapy, I wasn’t sure if it would really help.

But it did.

After the first phase, my sleep and concentration improved significantly. I even asked Louise, “Is it normal to feel happy after just three days of listening?” Apparently, it is.

For the first time in a long time, I felt happy and full of energy again.

After Phase 2, things went even deeper. I became more self-aware, more resilient and calmer. Stress no longer spirals into anxiety. I feel like I’ve found something profoundly restorative.
