A woman reclaiming herself from the chaos of menopause

With the exception of a lucky few, menopause is brutal, and for me, it was a perfect storm: I lost friends, I couldn’t sleep, my brain was either racing or fogged beyond recognition.

The emotional chaos was overwhelming. I’d hit rock bottom with my depression.

That’s when I found Sonum Systemic Listening Therapy, thanks to a friend who also happens to be its founder. I poured my heart out to Louise, and she simply said, with a calm, steady smile: “I can help.”

We began with a thorough analysis, and then the sessions started. I’d often just sit and colour, sometimes falling asleep. And that’s what amazed me,the healing didn’t require me to talk, explain, or relive anything.

The music, customised frequencies tailored to my needs, worked on a deeper, subconscious level.

Over time, my sleep returned. My mood swings became manageable. I found myself reconnecting with people again. Most importantly, I felt genuinely happy for the first time in a long time.

I’m in the best emotional shape I’ve been in years. Louise helped me find myself again, and I can’t thank her enough.
