Little G came to Sonum when he was four. At the time, he was described as “almost non-verbal and unintelligible” to most people including his teachers.

He also had low muscle tone, which affected both his fine and gross motor skills. His parents’ primary wish was simple but profound: for him to become more conversational and age-appropriately expressive.

From his very first session, G left an impression. The moment the headphones were on, he fell into a deep sleep, right there in front of the big teddy bear in the room. It was incredibly sweet and said a lot about how ready his system was to receive calm.

Over the course of the program, his parents began noticing steady, beautiful changes:

  1. He started speaking in longer sentences, 2 to 4 words at a time.

  2. His speech became more frequent, more intentional, and clearer.

  3. He began engaging in real dialogues, not just making demands.

  4. His fine motor skills improved, he could now join toys together with ease.

  5. His walking and overall movement grew more stable and coordinated.

  6. He had fewer tantrums and became a visibly calmer child.

  7. Most significantly, he started initiating play with other children. His social interactions became more age-appropriate and less mimic-based.

Today, G isn’t just being understood he’s connecting. And that changes everything.
