I first heard about listening therapy from a friend whose daughter had shown big improvements in sleep.

I was curious, especially for my son, M.A., who was born in 2016. He’s bright, deeply empathetic, and very active but he struggles with dyslexia.

To be honest, I didn’t know how much I trusted the therapy at first. But just a week in, even our friends (who had no idea he’d started it)noticed a shift. They said, “He seems kinder, like he’s grown up.”

By Day 15, something incredible happened. His reading improved dramatically. The same child who once struggled with single words could now read an entire page with confidence. That alone felt like a breakthrough.

I decided to do the therapy alongside him, to support him as partners. I didn’t expect much for myself. But I was surprised by how much better I started sleeping, how much calmer and clearer I felt. I hadn’t even realized how exhausted I was until I began to feel restored.
